We run our own production line — assembly, testing and finished-goods inspection happen in-house. Behind it sits a network of partner factories we draw on for volume, special builds and cross-referenced replacements. Six years of export orders narrowed that network down to partners who repeat the same airflow, static pressure and speed.

Factory selection

Partners are qualified against our specification before anything is quoted to you — and re-checked rather than inherited.

Sample before batch

Drawing-based, sample-based and fully custom builds are validated on a sample before the batch is released.

Process control

Winding, magnetizing and dynamic balancing run on our own line and on the partner lines, checked back against the drawing.

Finished-goods inspection

Finished product inspection is ours: seven testing instruments covering airflow, speed, noise and temperature.
